If there was an issue regarding weather other issues not allowing your event please can you give us 24-hours and also on our side we will keep in contact with you if it is weather-related that may cause issues. We are more than happy to move dates and try accommodate you as much as we can but we are unable to provide you a refund as you have booked a specific item for the specific date if there is anything you are not happy within this statement please call or email to discuss further.

The following information is important! We will be unable to set up your equipment if you do not comply with the following requirements.

Please ensure that the access area is clear with nothing in the way as well do not have time to clear this ourselves. MOST ITEMS REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 3 FT WIDTH CLEARANCE ALL THE WAY TO SET UP AREA, TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION DRAINPIPE, STEPS AND TIGHT CORNERS. IF YOU ARE UNSURE ABOUT ANYTHING THEN PLEASE CALL US AND TRY TO SEND A PHOTO AS THIS HELPS US UNDERSTAND WHAT TO EXPECT ON DELIVERY. DAY AS MOST ITEMS WEIGH OVER 120 KILOS.
Please ensure the designated area for the hire item (s) is:
Free of dog and animal mess as a charge may apply.
Please ensure the item you have picked and paid for will fit in your garden without issue and anything in close proximity as all measurements are clearly displayed on individual items pages. If it does not fit safely you will for fit the cost of the hire and delivery as it is not our fault but yours.
Please note we will not put up ANY inflatable where it can not be stacked down. If you have astro turf then be aware that we will require staking through it if outdoors.
Please adhere to all health and safety and proper usage requirements given to you.

Cancellations:

1.1 Any cancelled order is subject to the following cancellation charges:

Prior to 8 weeks to event 25% of order value
Within 8 weeks prior to event 35% of order value
Within 6 weeks prior to event 50% of order value
Within 4 weeks prior to event 75% of order value
Within 2 weeks prior to event 100% of order value

1.2 The Company can cancel up to 7 days prior to the provision of the service. The Company will however attempt to provide the Client with an alternative provider.

1.3 Under no circumstances will the Company accept cancellation due to weather conditions. A full fee will be chargeable should the Client wish to cancel due to weather conditions.

Equipment:

2.1 The company reserves the right to substitute hired equipment with equipment of a similar type and value without notice in the event of previous damage or loss of booked equipment.

2.2 All sizes quoted are approximate

Site Location, Facilities & Conduct:

3.1 Hired equipment will be set up in one location only as agreed on arrival and will not be moved once unloaded.

3.2 The company reserve the right to refuse delivery if the venue or site is deemed to be unsuitable by our delivery personnel or if the client has failed to notify the company of any delivery obstructions such as stairs or excessive loading distances from our vehicle to the installation site. In such a case no refund will be given and the full hire fee will be due.

3.3 The client is responsible for ensuring that suitable security and crowd control measures are in place prior to start of event.

3.4 The company reserves the right to cease operation and remove hired equipment from site if at any time a representative of the company feels that guests or clients conduct endangers the safety of the guests, clients, themselves or the safety of the hired equipment. In such cases no refund will be given and full contracted fees will be due to the company.

Liability & Insurance:

4.1 The company’s liability insurance covers use of the equipment only whilst booked on supervised hire (supervised by a representative of the company).

4.2 The client agrees to indemnify the company for any damage or theft of the company’s equipment whilst on hire.

4.3 The company accept no liability for any damage or loss of personal property and or any injury arising from the use of the hired equipment.

4.4 Any equipment booked on 'dry hire' is not covered by the company’s insurance policy and the client is responsible for suitable insurance cover.

Any persons/organisation hiring our inflatables are responsible/liable for any damage or injuries occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use, persons using the inflatables do so at their own risk.

These guidelines are for the safety of all persons using the inflatable, it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure that they are adhered to. Our company cannot accept responsibility for any damage or injury to anyone using the equipment however caused.

1. A responsible adult should supervise children at all times whilst on the inflatable.

2. Children’s castles have an age limit up to 14 years of age and a weight limit of 65kg, anyone over this age or weight should use an adult rated castle.

3. Please do not allow anyone on the inflatables whilst inflating or deflating.

4. Do not allow anyone to climb on/ sit on/ or hang on the inflatables' walls.

5. Do not allow anyone to bounce on the inflatable safety step as this is there to assist people getting on or off the inflatable.

6. Ensure the inflatable is not overcrowded, limit the number of users to allow enough room for each person to move safely, try to avoid small children and large children on the inflatable at the same time.

7. All shoes, badges and jewellery must be removed, we also recommend that spectacles be removed.

8. No food or drinks to be consumed whilst on the inflatable to avoid both mess and the possibility of choking.

9. No face paints, party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string as these make a terrible mess and can also stain the inflatable for which you will be liable for payment to clean or repair.

10. No smoking, fires or barbeques to be used near the inflatable.

11. No pets to be allowed on the inflatable.

12. It is advisable to ensure that no one with any history of back or neck problems or anyone with any serious health problems or anyone pregnant use the inflatable.

13. In the event of heavy rain or strong winds or any extreme weather it is strongly recommended that the inflatable is switched off for safety reasons, when safe enough to use then switch back on and towel dry any remaining wetness before allowing anyone back on.

14. Do not play with water near the electric blower.

15. Check regularly that the inflatable is securely pegged down.

16. Never switch the blower off and on when the inflatable is in use.

17. If the inflatable fails for whatever reason then evacuate immediately to prevent injuries.

18. Please remember that if the castle is dirty or damaged when collected the hirer is liable for the full repair or cleaning costs.
